ZSM-1 coiler is designed for mechanical coiling of tubes from sheet metal strips, this device simultaneously drags tubes and coils it to the desired diameter of the mandrel. Thanks to the full control range of the coiler including limit switch, smooth adjustment and the possibility of stopping the device every 100 revolutions of the roller, possible material losses are reduced to a minimum. The maximum length of the winding spring is 230 mm. At the same time, the ZSM-1 coiler is equipped with roller shears, indispensable in the process of preparing the weldedtubes pulling sheet, the shears allow cutting sheet metal with a thickness of up to 0.7 mm and a width of up to 30 mm.
