I do not remember my account password!

If you have forgotten you account password, you may always reset it through a password reset link.
Remember: the procedure presented below will not let you reveal the old password but it will allow you to create a new password to your account.

 

How to do shopping in the store?

You may place your orders through the on-line store, by phone or e-mail. The simplest and the fastest way is to place the order through the on-line store.
If you encounter problems while doing shopping through the on-line store, call us and we will be happy to help you overcome it.

 

Do I need to have an account in the store to be able to do shopping?

Yes! In our store, you are required to set up an account.

 

Why cannot I place an order and I am just sending an enquiry instead?

An order is converted into an enquiry if:

- the product you are ordering is unavailable
- you do not operate a registered business operation

When an order is converted into an enquiry, please be patient and the on-line sales department will immediately contact you.

 

How can I pay for the products purchased in the store?

To pay for your purchases, you can use an a credit card, or a traditional bank transfer.

 

What are the available forms of delivery?

We usually make shipments through DPD and Raben.

 

Will I receive a confirmation of my order shipment?

Yes, we will send you an e-mail upon the shipment.

 

How to check where my shipment is at the moment?

After sending the parcel, we will give you the shipment number in the e-mail message. Simply copy it, enter the website of a supplier chosen by you and paste it in a proper window.
