Quenching

in 80°C hot water after 20 - 25minutes

Working

Material can be deformed max. 80%, then it must be annealed. Only roll a little at a time. Roll the same thickness several times if necessary.

Annealing

600°C / 30 min, and then quench in water

Hardening

440°C / 60 min, slow cool in air

WIELAND brazing alloys 4017W (685°C),
4016M (710°C), 4018H (740°C)
