Quenching

in 80°C hot water after 20 - 25 minutes

Working

Material can be deformed max. 50%, then it must be annealed. Only roll a little at a time. Roll the same thickness several times if necessary.

 Heat treatment

Annealing

700°C - 750°C / 30 Min., slow cool in air

Hardening

300°C / 60 Min., slow cool in air

Brazing

brazing alloys up to 815°C, nickel-free,
e.g. WIELAND brazing alloys
