Device for copying contours of all kinds of metal, wooden, glass, porcelain, plastic, etc. patterns up to approx. 80 mm in size. Special heat-shrinkable foil of different thicknesses is covered on the pattern one on one side and the other. Then, after cutting, the film serves as a wax model. As a result, after casting, we can obtain e.g. two thin-walled halves, which after soldering look like a body object.

Features of the device:

    The foil is shaped on a vacuum pattern from the bottom and overpressure from the top.
    The pressure force of the foil on the pattern, infinitely adjustable, enables precise contour reproduction.
    A relay with a second division and an audible final signal allow you to select the time of plasticizing the film depending on its thickness and the type of pattern.
    Air cooling of the shaped film and pattern.
