The blanking die is made of high quality hardened steel. Thanks to professional constructional solutions the die-cutter makes stopper ready, i.e.: cuts the shape, cuts the hole for the stick, wraps the "moustache" with the embossing on the stick, knocks out the feature of the plant or the marker 925, 585 (version with the marker).

Equipment requirements:
- Press with min. pressure 300 kg, (press base equipped with mounting holes, preferably also with a central hole with a diameter of about 20 mm or more).
- min. press stroke 25 mm,
- Max. width of sheet metal 27 mm,

Optimal sheet thickness 0.22-0.24 mm. Let the 0.30 mm thick steel sheet go, then roll it two or three times to the required thickness of 0.22-0.24 mm.
