Two independent heating panels, each controlled by a microprocessor-based PID temperature controller with a display indicating the current temperature. Bottom panel controlled by a pneumatic actuator. The advantage of the above solution is a constant clamping force during the rubber vulcanization process. The pressure reducer controls the pressure force, and thus removes the obligation of the operator to "tighten" the plates loosening as a result of the excess rubber from the frame. An additional advantage is the repeatability of the clamping force, which is impossible to obtain in traditional vulcanizing presses. A characteristic feature of the vulcanizer is the short time of waiting for the desired temperature while low power consumption.
