The Small Casting Line based on MC15+ casting machine consists of:

1) Vacuum gypsum mixer with integrated vibrating system for complete degassing of gypsum mass.
2) Furnace for firing moulds and cuvettes and melting wax. Insulating materials of the highest quality. Operating temperature 1100°C. Dimensions of the furnace chamber: 228 x 165 x 228 x 228 (H) mm.
3) Induction casting machine MC15+:

4) Sandblasting machine for easy cleaning of castings:
-Airflow: 270 l/min at 10 bar pressure, 150 l/min at 5 bar,
-connection to the suction system, footswitch for pressure regulation .
5) Vacuum pump with air filter, capacity 8 cubic metres per hour.
