The PS1 single-station table polisher is used for sanding and polishing various workpieces that require processing. The machine is characterized by a more stable structure in relation to PS1 Mini. Standard polisher has a motor with power 0.37 kV and a constant speed of 2800 rpm (PS1), but at low extra charge there is a possibility to equip the polisher with three-phase power supply (PS1A) recommended for larger scale production or with a smooth regulation of rotation from 1000 to 3000 rpm (PS1F). This makes it possible to adjust the speed to the type of machining.

Stable construction is made of chipboard and profiled sheet metal powder coated. Very quiet operation of the device and good illumination of workstations are the advantages that create great comfort of work. Effective filtering unit consisting of 6 filters located in the rear part of the housing and made of special material ensures total recovery of polishing dust. The applied air circulation system (closed circuit) allows the machine to be used inside the room without the need to install an extractor to extract the filtered air outside the building. For the sake of safety, an emergency stop switch has been installed to enable immediate power cut-off and a shield isolating the worker's face from the working space.

This polisher can be equipped with BD closed polishing cabins to ensure that any machining dust is completely contained within the polisher - this can be very important for gold machining. An external work sleeve can be inserted into the guard.

In the price/efficiency category, this machine is one of the world's leading machines. Thanks to many years of experience of Avalon in the production of jewellery machines, table polisher PS1 is characterized by reliability and reliability. The ergonomic shape of the machine and its aesthetics allow for installation directly in the jewellery store. Simple handling (e.g. easy assembly of polisher/sanding tips thanks to a unique solution in the form of an "extension" (see picture)) allows even people with little experience in jewelry processing to work on the machine.
