Thanks to the rhodium bath you will cover your products with a white and glossy layer that will be resistant to abrasion. It can be used for decorative jewellery coatings, eyeglass frames and watchmaking. It is also often used to cover silver cutlery to protect it from rubbing. Ability to obtain a layer of 1.5 µm.

1 litre of bathing water is enough to cover more than 1000 rings.

Rhodium content: 2.0g / l Rh.
Concentration: 1.015 - 1.08g / cm3.
Labour values:
Voltage: 2 - 3 V.
Bath temperature: 20-45°C,
Dive time: 2min (1-5min).
Anode type: Platinized titanium.
Anode to cathode ratio: 1:1.
It is recommended to move the products during the process.

Hardness: 800-900 HV.
Density: approx. 12.4 g/cm3.
Layer thickness: max. 1.5 µm.
Recovery: Both used bath and rinse water contain small amounts of metal. If you are interested in its recovery, please contact us.
