Elmaflame 300 produces a mixture of hydrogen and oxygen from demineralised water on the basis of electrolysis, which, when properly enriched, burns to the end in a micro flame. The temperature and energy of the burning flame can be adjusted by selecting the nozzle size and type of evaporator fluid.
 

High operational reliability is ensured by the fact that gas is produced only when it is needed. When the burner valve is closed, gas production is automatically stopped. Exceptionally low energy consumption, low operating costs (distilled water, evaporator liquid) lead (compared to other methods) to unbeatable low production costs. Elmaflame units for use in constantly changing tasks or in multiple workplaces are equipped with fast analogue pressure control. The preselected pressure is maintained even under varying conditions with high precision and automatic constant.
